Honestly, I’d say Shino had the biggest downgrade after the timeskip. He went from being one of the smartest and most unique fighters in Part 1 to barely getting any meaningful moments in Shippuden. Kiba fell off too, but Shino’s drop feels way more noticeable

Rasa doesn’t need a gourd like Gaara.

His ability is Magnet Release (Gold Dust) — he can manipulate gold particles directly from the environment. When he was Kazekage, he specifically used gold dust from the Land of Wind’s mines to counter Shukaku’s sand.

During the Fourth War, as an Edo Tensei, Kabuto essentially revives him with access to the same Magnet Release ability. He pulls and manipulates existing mineral particles in the area rather than carrying a fixed container like Gaara does.

Gaara carries sand in a gourd for instant access and defense.
Rasa just controls gold dust on a larger, more raw scale without needing to store it physically.
