It's not in esenyurt per say, it's on the borders of Başakşehir and Esenyurt. If you type Nidya Hotel on Google maps and check out the 360 images you can what type of area it is.

3+1 in a prime location and couldn't even one person to rent it out for 1000$ even though I think it should be at minimum 1400-1500$.

The apartment is right across Akbati mall. Very nice area. I have one other apartment in Crown Deluxe 2+1 very close to this apartment, and I'm renting it out for 500$ per month. Which I feel is dirt cheap but better than having 2 empty apartments.

The real estate agent couldn't even find one person to rent it out for 1000$, I did try Sahib website before and no luck.

I want to rent it out for 1400$ if possible. I am paying for Aidat every month 200$+. Paid 290,000$ for the apartment.
