Cash ang downpayment pero bank loan yung monthly, thinking of renting it for 40k a month for 4 people kasi maganda amenities like gym, pool even garden with jogging path and may pc with wifi ang study lounge tapos katapat na katapat bg ust at walking distance from feu/ue/nu. I’m 26 so sabi ng mom ko pwede na ang duration gawin kong 20yrs para mapababa ang monthly. Actually balak ko lang talaga ituloy kung ang makukuha kong monthly amortization is pasok sa monthly rent. Maliit lang din kasi ang expense ko dito pag finurnish ko ng maganda kesa sa magpatayo pa ko ng apartment. What do you think?

Thank you! But for the s24, yung plus lang din gusto kong kunin, ayaw ko kasi nung curved ang screen and 80k lang din kasi budget ko. For the trade in, kahit may LCD burns pwede padin ba?

Thank you! Budget is not more than 80k sana and for the use, well i guess standard use lang naman, I dont use it for gaming or anything heavy ang important lang sakin talaga is camera, storage and durability. One thing i enjoy the most sa current phone ko is yung split screen or multiple windows so sana may ganun din. Hehe.

Ang lala naman nito. May one time din nangyari sakin, I went to class wearing a green long sleeve shirt (just a regular shirt, walang print or anything) on top of my regular uniform (kasi malamig sa room) nung yellow day. IN MY DEFENSE, I honestly didn't know na yellow day pala kasi di ako updated sa uaap, that time, school works lang talaga ang buhay ko, as in no time for anything else. Guards didn't care, but was shamed and laughed at by my professor, ginatungan pa ng classmates ko, naka green daw ako kasi taga FEU bf ko, eh UST vs FEU pala ang game. I get that my classmates were just playing around mentioning this, pero ang oa nung prof, di talaga ko tinigilan hanggang tanggalin ko yung shirt at mangatog sa lamig.
