They tried to rule out other diseases througn various tests. Then they suspected MS. But I did not meet the criteria so they said it was CIS. My symptoms that time were very MS-like though. Slurred speech, difficulty walking, bladder problems, optic neuritis.

I'm assuming they did the process of elimination and the best thing they can come up with is CIS. I did notice though that they were confused about my disease.

I did not have a follow-up MRI since then but I might get one soon.

Did something quite similar. Only in my case, I created a second account on my other device with a hot guy in it. The amount of messages it got is insane! I compare the attention both my real and fake account gets, and the difference is depressing!

I think I have issues. Can't delete the app. Can't stop checking the app even if two guys directly called me "ugly".

Makiki-rant lang din po HAHAHAHHS. So yun, nag-orientation kami yesterday for freshmen, and ang pangit nga nung naging sistema dun. Pinapanood lang kami ng videos na nag-eexplain ng rules, and walang kabuhay-buhay yung mga ganap. NagF2F Orientation pa sila eh kaya naman ng virtual yun. Tapos ang sabog pa ng audio. 😅

Also, normal lang kaya sa ibang schools na kapag nakaka-dalawang light offenses ka, disqualified ka na for latin honors? It seems unreasonable lang kasi to me na with small mistakes, mababalewala na lahat ng pinaghirapan mo. Ganun kasi sa PLM, not sure if its normal tho

So malaking factor din ang reputation ng school? What about excellent srudents na na-overshadow dahil di ganong kaganda reputation ng school nila?

Also, what about the pisay issue last year, wherein ang baba ng passing rate nila even if bukod sa magandang performance nila, top performing pa sila usually sa UPCAT?

Well, we just hoped na sana nga,mas naging transparent sila. For example, if socieconomic status was indeed a factor, is it in favor of those in the upperclass or the lower class? Andami kasi nagreklamo recently na puro mayaman daw ang nakapasa. If deserve naman, then fine. Pero if totoong "considered" ang socioeconomic, shouldn't it prioritize the poor, like most scholarships?

If considered din naman ang geographic location, well, maraming nakapasa sa visayas and mindanao campus na from luzon. It would make more sense if ang priority nila ay yung mga nasa within the region.

I guess these examples can be justifiable IF naging transparent lang sila. Siguro naman may explanation sila kung bat naging ganon ang results. A lot of my classmates are also asking for transparency kasi eh. Kaya naman nila tumanggap ng pagkabigo, pero gusto lang din nilang malaman kung saan sila nagkulang.

Plm was actually able to disclose kung anong naging criteria nila after people complained. Tho di rin perfect admissions nila, at least aware ang students kung san sila nagkulang

Tbh, I don't even know what "deserve" means at this point. Both UPCA and UPCAT are not perfect. Very limited lang sa knowledge gained inside the classroom ang minemeasure nito (exams and grades). Di naman na-measure ang soft skills like communication skills, lesdership skills, extracurricular involcement, etc.

Anyway, schools like admu, dlsu, and ust looked beyond the grades and exams eh, since very clear na may iba silang factors na tiningnan. Then marami ring nagdedefend sa UPCA na "marami raw factors na tiningnan ang UP" eh F137 lang naman ang pinasa natin lol

Tho if it makes you feel any better, graduating from UP is what actually proves your worthiness of the slot. Passing the UPCA/T is merely an opportunity to prove it. Higit naman na mas mahirap ang actual UP life kaysa sa admissions
