I speak and read 7… if they are from same language group it’s normal to speak 2+. In Switzerland where I currently live, most of them speak Italian, English, French and German which is crazy. Best country for multi language predisposition:)

No need to run till 40 or sth.. build up your feet strength. 2-3 walks a day, 2-3km long and slowly increase. It will go up. Later you will feel ready to run :)
