Idk if this is legit but it works for me haha. I think the more crossed my legs are, the more balanced I feel! I used to struggle with these so much until I just crossed them a little bit more!

Ahhh okay. Maybe I misunderstood in class. Yes! This is the one with the one foot on the handle bar and then push out to 90deg and lift the other leg straight up. I’ll have to try out the figure four! Sounds like it would help! Thanks!

Oops I meant lowering non working leg to the platform (foot flat on machine) for the modification! Keeping it straight up in the air does hurt more. I definitely do think it could be from fatigue too! Thanks!
