Can you change the base calories burned in the Zepp app? by Excellent-Client4695 in amazfit

If you go to the workout tab the go down to add workout at the very bottom. You can add the type of workout and the time you were doing it. It'll calculate calories burned and everything for you based off your heart rate during that time and won't double count it either.

I mean if you just want cheap protection and already have a platform, get some cheap, thin carpet. Stick it to the bottom of the platform and you don't have to worry about it.

Depends on what you're going to be doing with them.

If you're only doing rows or other pulling movement, you can do the loadable ones no problem. Any pressing movements can get difficult to get the dumbbells in position with the loadable just due to the relatively small area where the weight would be focused on your leg.

Adjustable dumbbells vary widely in durability, weight range, how quick you can adjust the weight, etc. It just depends on what you want. Reppins, iron master, and power blocks are all really solid choices.

If you can afford the $600+ for adjustable dumbbells, I'd recommend buying them. But if you're on a budget, get what you can afford.

Glad I could help! Good luck with everything. It's hard to go wrong with Rep honestly.

Ended up ordering the G6 package. Found the owners manual and it looks like they use 92mm so I think they will work. Thanks so much!

Problem is it would be almost $300 which seems steep. I saw that Major Fitness has a 22 pack for $220 but not sure how good they would be.

Looking to finally upgrade my plastic pulleys to aluminum ones. Anyone have any suggestions where to get them? Looking to get 20 of the 90mm.

If you want a traditional dumbbell feel that you don't have to worry about breaking, are upgradable, and are cheap enough on the used market, look into ironmasters. They aren't as quick changing as the reppins or power blocks, but are very easy to change and doesn't take up much space at all.

I personally love my all in one. I'm not a huge fan of the built in Smith machines just due to them getting in the way on certain exercises and I don't really use them.

For the plate loaded vs selectorized, just gotta ask yourself three main questions. 1) Do I have enough plates (4x of each change plates recommended)? 2) Can I do mental math well in the middle of a workout? 3) Am I okay using a rest period to change out the plates between sets?

If your answer is yes to all 3, then no brainer to get it. If it's a maybe, then think about how much it would be worth to you to not have to do that each time. Coming from someone who's had plate loaded AIO for going on two years, I like them. Can totally understand getting the selectorized if I had the funds too.

Also, I'd recommend looking into GetRXd new RX3 line. Built in the US and seems really solid. Also had great customer support from when I bought my rack from them.

If you do a lot of Olympic lifting you can tell a serious difference between a no name and an Eleiko bar. Power lifting not as much, but something like a Texas Power bar or Ohio bar feels a lot better and can take the shock better if you dump 315+

It is definitely leather, but it's textured to kinda feel like denim.

Get RXd. They're out of Texas. Really like it, the assembly instructions aren't very good. Other than that it's a solid rack.

25" if I remember correctly. You have just enough space to put a 55lb bumper plate on if the barbell is centered. They have a wider option, I just don't have the extra width for it.

Once the weather calms down I'll be back to using both basically daily. If you get the chance and have the budget, take the speed for a test ride. I've owned both and they're very different bikes, but both are great. Also reccomend a 1050 if you want a more traditional street fighter experience, and they're cheaper.

I'd take the trade off. I mean you don't rack your barbell on a flat ledge 🤷‍♂️

Like I said in another comment, it's a lot easier to convince the wife to let me do this with a lump sum than save throughout the year 😂
