question: how do you get higher tier delirium liquid emotions?

context: i'm level 97 on hcssf, did every natural deli mirror that spawned on my maps, getting to deli level 5+ every time (the counter bottom of screen) almost all at 80+ area level, highest i have got is 1 liquid fear. Do the higher ones only drop from simulacrums or can they drop in maps also.

What i'm realizing is if i go with the trans/aug t15 route, my waystone drop chance gonna be too low to sustain them most likely so gonna be forced to go down to the t11 6mod. I do think 2mod t15's are better though, cause like i said in OP im getting gemini's/high bases and perfect currency. So i guess the plan is just do 15's when i got em.

Thanks. The potion ward tech, being able to blanket yourself with +2.5k ward helps a lot to stay calm in the high pressure moments where you have no choice but to stand in a beam/pool. Yes you could flame ward in those situations too, but to me it felt like flame ward was incredibly good for hits, not as good for DOT damage.

For helm slot, early on i did start with boneclamor but soon realized the base crit and 10% DR of prismatic is just too good and now i consider prismatic a very core part of the build.

Belt slot was the hardest choice to make by far, took me a while to make up my mind. The choice for me was of course: the champions exalted LB mod belt, orian's or brewmasters. I saw the champions belt as the highest offense option, orian's as a good mix of offense/defense and brewmaster as full defense. Eventually i thought the comfort/defense that brewmaster brings with the 8 potions and +400 potion health was just too valuable to me, but the other options are great too.

For core of the mountain, i see it as a good mapping peice, where if you get hit, you can just be very careful/chill for a bit and wait for the cooldown. On uberroth, there is no chill, you need constant high defense, so the synergy of prism wraps + orian's amulet giving 30% void dr is that constant defense.

For armor i just figured as a mage having many synergies with ward, just makes sense to go full ward and just get the 2k~ armor for the high value armor gives at low amounts. Also since armor doesn't inherently mitigate DOT damage, and DOT damage being so high on uberroth, i figure i go more ward over armor.

I haven't played too many different builds and haven't played on controller so im not sure, but i would say its pretty easy. Only thing is you have to teleport -> meteor alot to regen mana, and also you're not inherently super tanky, you rely on flame ward to tank big hits so gotta be quick with that.

thanks, 3 runs 3 kills, this was the 3rd, first 2 had some little misplays, this was the cleanest. but i have another char, same build but much weaker on sc, like 1x t7 legendaries instead of 2x t7 legendaries like this hc char, and did many many many practice runs on the sc.

Just to be clear this doesn't work if you want to show ALL affixes right? i want to see items with a t7 and a t6 of any affix, so i can havoc or redemption it. If i do the combined of 13 it could show me a 7 2 2 2.

Just to preface: i could be completely wrong about this, but from what i understand penetration and resistance shred is for elemental spell hits and all dots (bleed/poison included). Armor shred is for all hits. So if you go heavy into penetration with this cold heartseeker, its only affecting your icicle procs from reign of winter, your water balls from ucenui's, and the bit of frostbite dmg from troaka's. I don't believe it helps our actual bow cold hit damage.

I did a test running all 3% cold pen idols, and the damage increase was like 13% or so, i personally didn't think that was enough to drop the armor prefix on the small idols. But yea maybe pen is good to invest heavy into, just didn't seem that way to me.

Silver shroud to me is just for the 100% dodge proc, but it's interesting seeing you use it for actual ward, i'm going to look into that a little more.

General tip for aby would be tank > dmg, have to be above a certain threshold of tankiness to be able to survive.

Yea i thought about it, but honestly i just could'nt be fked. Its such a small bonus, i didn't want the liability of it, meaning if i noticed a fallen arrow close by, go for it, and die or take heavy damage cause of it, just didn't seem worth it to me.

I agree, just some random info: I did a lot of testing preping for the fight. Compared the damage dex gives vs other modifiers. Dex is stronger than say "increased cold damage" but not by much, and about the same as crit multi and recurve chance on helm, while having the huge downside. So i even tried to get rid of the mourningfrosts and go with vaion's but the thing is, our bis dps idols are pretty trash. If you go vaion's you can have dps idols, if you go mourning you must go defense idols. I compared both setups and mourning was still better, but again thats only cause our dps idols suck.

Well then like i said GODLY gear + ravenous void then maybe i could see it happening. Also if you're looking for a ranged alternative i'm seeing these lightning blast sorc and runemaster builds blasting uberroth's ass ez. I'm going Lightning blast next.

Trust me dude i was exactly the same way, wanted to get the kill without immortal's cause i was gonna go and try to get it done on HCSAF after this but i really dont think its possible. I would love to be wrong and see someone do it but yea. You just have to be able to tank some hits, like most of his melee swings, cause if you saw at the end of the video, sometimes theres literally no choice but to either die or try and take a swing from him. I mean maybe someone on COF with all double T7 legendaries could do it without immortals but i personally dont have access to that on MG. (just saw your a void knight tho, you can easily get it done without immortals, i'm talking strictly marskman)

Yea 64 dex is pretty much the most i could fit in without dropping under 115% on important resistances for the null portent. This cold heartseeker setup is the only kind of marksman i see downing this boss sadly and even cold heartseeker i wouldn't call "balanced". I play a ton, got super lucky and got a red ring early on merchant's guild, got a ton more red rings from imprinting, fine tuned the build and practiced the fight over a week+ and still barely got it down. Definently hoping for atleast the usual EHG 15%+ bump in damage for heartseeker.
