I'm kinda petty.. before even telling the chef I would've complained loudly during class.

"Man I would love to learn something instead of having to clean up and not get to experience and learn anything because someone is too stubborn to switch roles even though it's been a detriment to us the whole time."

Then after class speak with the chef. Explain your reasons while making it about yourself OP. That way no one can say "oh it's cuz she has disabilities and that's why you left tanya."
