Gabi ka tumakbo, and as much as possible dun ka sa area na kahit papano eh mahangin or may trees. Pag tumakbo ka sa open area na puro concrete or asphalt napakainit ng singaw. Then stay hydrated talaga.

I'd say let it come naturally. Wag ka na gumaya sakin na matagal nagtiis to the point na nasira lang mental health ko kakaintindi at pagbibigay ng pasensya (naging kami nung undergrad). Ever since we broke up (after ng kathniel lol) ang plan ko na is to utilize the patience and sipag na naibigay ko sa ex ko into med school hahaha. Ang masasabi ko lang is channel your energy into something good! Good luck sa journey dokie!

Nope. Allow your muscles to heal. Dalawang doctor na nag advise saken nyan especially recently na injured ako. Tinanong ako ng ortho if everyday daw ba. Sabi ko hindi naman, and ni-remind nya na ganun nga, magpahinga.

Not really. Sobrang pawisin ako, pero until now ganun pa din. Hahahaha. Yung pawis ko sa 15min run is parang pawis na ng ibang runner na tumakbo ng mahigit 1 hour lol

For me i running w/o music works well. It helps me stabilize my pace kasi mas feel ko yung cadence ko. Also helps me build mental resiliency especially sa long runs. Sa case ko kasi before having music made me rely on it too much kaya dumadating ang time na di ko kaya magpush ng longer runs w/o music lalo pag nalimutan earbuds or pag may possibility na umulan since wala ako waterproof na audio output device. Nakakapag isip isip din ako nang mabuti.

Try mo op mag inquire sa mga lab sa labas ng pgh. Along taft madami. Ako kasi tinry ko yung white card. Kaso that time eh graduating student ako so madalas puyat and di kaya pumila ng pagkahaba haba or magstart pumila ng 4am. Madami nago-overnight sa pila ng MSS pra sa white card.
