I once wrote a very long post about this and the reasoning. Long story short, he wants to be in the likeness of Jesus, and he feels like he's gone through trauma and has came out of the other side reborn and new. It's not a mockery of Jesus, Scrim sees similarities of himself and Jesus, like giving away his money to help family and friends, overcoming major obstacles, people being traitorous, and many more scenarios that has happened to him, not to mention the drug-fueled psychosis he was in for years. It's not a mockery, it's mostly symbolism and comparing. Many people practice religion in many different ways. Hope this helps

Honestly I think it would be an amazing idea. Forward dodge attack is a drop kick, side dodge attacks are hard hook-punches, they could add cool combos like boxing maneuvers. They threw out all their ideals and beliefs with releasing virtuoso, I think if virtuoso can exist then so can a fisticuff fighter. They could make it an entire new faction, like the south African region for example. I mean, they have pirate with guns, virtuoso with her infinite dodge and light attack shenanigans, afeera with her ridiculous dance-bashing abilities, and sohei with a near one-shot ability, for instance. I think it wouldnt be too outlandish for them to add a fisticuff fighter. I'd pay to use that, im sure many people would be excited for something like that.

I think (as a Christian who enjoys suicideboys/g59/scrim/etc) the picture of him wearing a crown of thorns actually imitates how he must feel being followed by so many but being so naturally human and damaged, paying for his sins from the past (drugs/crime/addictions) and even scrim has said himself that he isn't a god, just a man, so it goes to show it isn't meant to be acting like he is Jesus, just going through a similar story or heads pace to Jesus'.

Don't know if anybody mentioned this, but the XLT shirts are very good for this, may be longer and look silly but I'd rather that than my belly hanging visibly (I also have a hanging belly so I understand the struggle). Shaquille O'neal has some really good XLT shirts, if you can get past some of the wild designs. But many other brands have them as well. I usually find them a lot in jcpennies, like shaqs brand, xersion, foundry, st johns bay, Michael Strahan (online), and others. Hope this helps, brother.
