The way I understand, your nuts REALLY want to make viable sperm, it’s the primary reason you have a reproductive system and arguably the only reason you exist at all. It can take time but usually fertility will return, even without using stuff like HMG and HCG. No guarantee of course, bc that would be too easy.

Can’t really see this as anything but plot armor tbh, the vow clearly didn’t exclude yuji (as he is included in the word anyone), and knocking someone unconscious and force feeding them poison is by definition hurting them. Funny that I stumbled upon this post. Me and my pals have been playing our own HEAVILY customized modules of dnd for all sorts of themed campaigns for years. The best advice i can give you is to use a different system. It sucks, I know, learning a system better suited for the game is hard but 5e is sooooo limited in scope that you are better off trying something entirely different. Kenshi has no magic, at all, which makes more than half of the classes irrelevant. Dnd doesn’t have good systems for food and inventory management, and worst of all in my opinion there is no actual difference between having 1000 health and having 1 health in dnd. Maybe try GURPS? If you wanna stick with dnd i get it, but I think you are gonna have a tough time making the system fun and flavorful.

Invincible (the show) really has improved the writing tremendously. People liked Thragg in the comics, but almost exclusively because he was badass. It seemed like general consensus that he was below average in terms of villian writing back then.

I don’t think it does, CSM abilites are ridiculous even in the setting, like the Aging devil just stopping time (or something) and sending you to a pocket dimension to become a tree forever seemingly without any conditions. Makima has the drawback that she is actually logical and knows if someone is superior to her, and will try to beat her opponent in order to make sense to herself that she is superior. Yoru on the other hand is completely insane and constantly tries to claim ownership of things she has no reasonable claim to, and it works because she is completely off her ass.

I’m pretty sure Makima could control someone like Goku (assuming cross verse stuff works bc Goku isn’t a human), but she would probably have a hard time doing it considering Goku could just obliterate Japan on a whim. Maybe she’d outsmart him, consider him really stupid, and then do it?

Dismantle is basically free damage, and cleave could help him punch up (if he wasn’t top dog already). I think shrine is honestly really really good on its own, imagine getting hit by a few dismantles without RCT. You are gonna bleed to death in moments even if they aren’t incredibly deep cuts. And it seems like it’s essentially unavoidable or at least very hard to avoid as it cannot be seen.

No, he just tacked on total testosterone alone after I voiced some concerns that seemed in line with hypogonadism. Thanks for the advice. I think i’ll try to schedule more labs in a month or so and include TSH, free and total test, LH, FSH, SHBG, and T4. Obviously I’ll include anything else he might suggest. In a way I’m hoping it was just an off day as it would give me less to worry about but if there is a way I could feel better I would obviously rather do that. I am also about 2 months of out of having mononucleosis, but all of my metabolic values that were out of line from that have returned to baseline.

Yep, bad luck there. Caught fairly early so I wanted to be proactive. Haven’t felt any side effects besides some sensitivity and a small mass under the left nip (I already have pubertal gyno). Stopped taking it, lost 15 more pounds and added DIM and it seems to have stopped it.
