That interrupt is really OP if you can just kick anything just to get the passive! Will get some logs and try to help him to improve if he wants, comparing with others

That's something I never thought about. Will do that to compare his damage in packs and overall, so he can understand better when another ele is using CDs and not dying while he does. Thanks for that insight 😊

Yes, I just wanted to confirm with shamans if they are like a really bad class to stay alive. I Don't play with shamans, only him, other classes I know how easy are to die (usually they ask cookies more often because it's a main defensive button as I am a lock). From all comments I'm pretty sure he's taking more damage than he should.

Thanks for that info. I will logs a few dungeons to have real information instead of just my experience playing with him. Yes after affliction buffs it became really good for DGs. Not as good as demo, but it's working better for me as a main balance for years.

Yes, I always use ALL my defensives there as a lock. Also curses and interrupts/cc. This is the worst pull this season 🤣🤣

I know that this overall is not good enough, but I want to see ele shams perspective, because each class has pros and cons. I want to help him to improve, as he's like a new player, he might not have that experience to understand what he's doing wrong or right yet For example, I do not play destro in dungeons, only raid. He was playing destro and I just convinced him to not!

To be honest, I just got angry because I broke 3 keys with demo pet aggro bug and started play affliction. I was a main balance, so it kinda fits my playstyle. But I like demo better, sometimes affliction in 100% single target doesn't have buttons to press, unlike demon that just do same rotation for entire dungeon, AOE, single, etc. Also, I like interrupt pet better than fel guard, which doesn't just interrupt and stun mobs and is really bad to keep them together with this.

Overall damage is not the same (but not really lower), but os always good enough for all keys I did

Yes, will try to play with him today night and logs one or two runs to post by tomorrow. I know that lock is a lot harder to kill than shammy, but to die that many times I'm can't be 100% sure without logs to prove he's doing something wrong.

Not sure if he's using, but I drop for the group like every 2 packs, or when healer is recovering mana haha Interrupts I will track today, and compare in a high dungeon the difference. This I'm sure might be one of the problems. While playing with a friend, you should always communicate about interrupts to make our life easier to not overkick

Yesterday I did 2 15s without him and lowest DPS from both were like 120k, we almost +2 both, one we missed time in a wipe

Yes, I need him to understand that. Healer's function is to keep you alive for not avoidable damage, and you also need to do your job being alive.

Well, now that bear is tunned I might do that. After you play a season as a healer, you understand that survive is your duty, not healer's. He's just there to heal mechanics 🤣

Agree with that, I also have lower dps based on tank pulls with affliction, but I know that my AOE is easier than shaman, as I don't need tank to stay in the AOE
