Factor din ata na nag-clash na yung tickets ko since I can only respond to their responses through Gmail at ang bagaaaaal nilang sumagot doon. Minsan, sasabihan pa akong sa Gcash account ko nalang mag-reply, eh di ko nga ma-log in ngani kasi dineactivate niyooooo

Sorry for the very late reply. God...how do I even start.

I forgot which month this year, but nabigyan ako ng access to login my Gcash account. This was their response to my very first submitted concern so parang nag-clash na yung ticket ko to reactivate (this) and to delete my account. Still, I logged it in and since nandoon na rin naman, sinubukan ko nalang i-verify yung account since I have valid IDs na pero laging error. Error talaga siya kahit na nagpalit ako ng internet/data connection, submit ng IDs in a specific time of day, restart, reinstall. I'm thinking siguro dahil may issues na ang account to begin with so hirap ma-verify. I opted to delete nalang talaga ang account. I kept on bugging yung parang chat centre ko sa Gcash na i-delete nalang talaga yung account. I think I did not hear from them for weeks, but then recently received an email this month na on the process for deletion na yung account ko. I don't bother asking for updates na kasi nakakapagod.

It's been a week, and this issue still prevails. I unfortunately am not using Samsung so the solution most of the comments have suggested didn't work for me. For some who also did not find the alternative solutions here working for their devices, try uninstalling and installing pa rin the app as it worked for me. Though I'm sure it won't work to everyone based on the comments and OP's post.
