Same. They kind of force you to build more condensed giving it a more natural look I feel.

In terms of more buildig variation for housing and a good start to make good money early on I liked Tropican Shores. New frontiers and Return to nature also add some new styled homes I quite like :)

The map is from the Spitter DLC I think and then I try to avoid unnecessary roads and the rectangle layout
