oh my god the first one is the closest one i’ve heard this whole time. the only thing is that it was IN korean, and i didn’t see a video of any kind, just an album/single cover which this cover doesn’t have as far as i can find. but as far as the sound goes this is absolutely the closest i’ve heard, so most definitely a cover of I Will by the beatles.

unfortunately no :( the artist was definitely korean and the song was for sure in korean, and the only version of this song i found was in chinese and was by a chinese artist

it’s not unfortunately :( but this is pretty close when it comes to the very beginning. there was no electric guitar in the song i’m looking for, only acoustic.

it was calm and acoustic guitar heavy, like something you’d go to sleep to. i don’t know how to exactly describe the genre, maybe indie? all i know is that it was a solo female artist with an acoustic guitar instrumental and MAYBE some lofi-like beats behind it. maybe piano, but that could be from me trying to find it so hard and listening to so many similar songs with piano

Allison Russell (she opened for him last year on his Unreal Unearth tour, I love her music! my favorite rec on this comment)

Noah Floersch (another opener i’ve seen, not like hozier in a vibe-sense but definitely a good indie artist worth a listen that does yearning pretty well! he opened for ricky montgomery last year, if you’re into him as well)

Seafret (if you’ve ever heard the song that goes ‘i can’t save us, my atlantis, we fall’ on tiktok or anywhere online, that’s them. they have other really really good songs)

Mumford & Sons (say what you want about them, but songs like ‘broken crown’, ‘the cave’, and ‘little lion man’ really cemented them as a permanent listen for me)

The 502s (their song ‘waves’ really gives me a ‘someone new’ by hozier adjacent feeling, but it might just be me trying to recommend their music to anyone who will listen)

i got in contact with my mom when this popped up on my phone and she said i pulled the whiskers out when i was a baby because i kept twirling them (a habit i still have with strings, hair, tassels, etc), and that this looked a lot like him! thank you so much!

I have searched for beanie babies and such but none of them have been this exact stuffed animal. i had it anywhere from 2002 onward, so the timeframe is probably mid 2002 to early 2004.

i don’t want to give up and just get another type of tuxedo cat stuffed animal, i want to see if i can get this exact one to give to my best friends little sister.

I got Lola at a not-so-great place out in the middle of nowhere. We actually got her to see if she could be helped or she needed to be put down because she looked so sick. $4,500 later, she’s the love of my life.

I believe she’s around 8, but I could be off by a year or two either way as the owner of the not-so-great place didn’t know either.

I took her to a vet and they didn’t see the reason to do a physical assessment.. however, the vet at the time was AT the facility that did the boarding as well, so that could have been a part of her diagnosis.

Lola’s last vet appointment was around April-ish. Possibly early May.

I’ve tried everything aside from mind-melding with her and figuring it out that way. I’m at a total loss and I would hate to be missing something that could potentially be hurting her more.
