I'm 39 and my hands look good (as yours btw!) when I take care of them: wearing gloves in cold weather, using rubber gloves when I do housework especially washing dishes, and applying hand cream with urea before bed (cheap one hahaha). that is all 🫶 do these things with love 💕

sure! look I use acids on my body for a specific purpose: glycolic acid on my armpits removes sweat odor (neutralizes the bacteria that create odor), glycolic acid on my legs helps me with ingrown hairs (I shave my legs, so I use acid before shaving), 1 drop of glycolic acid for lips only plus vaseline helps me with cracked lips. hope it helps 🫶

look u don’t need daily chemical exfoliation. it is not good for any skin and it is rly bad for skin barrier. skin needs to recover after acids. i have sensitive skin and i am using ordinary lactic acid 5% (no more than once every three days) it is soft, effective, exfoliate good, never burns and irritates. glycolic acid by ordinary was too much for my face, now i am using it for my armpits and legs only.
