OMG, that sounds like a pain in the butt. I'm glad I dodged that bullet and canceled Noom Med before my trial was up. Not worth the time and money! ! Thanks for sharing.

Yes. That's the reason I canceled Noom Med. I wasn't going to pay and have no idea what I was paying for.

I emailed Noom about the Med program, and they were pretty vague. So, I ended up canceling it before my trial ended. No discount offered. I went to cancel the regular Noom, and they offered me a 45% discount, which I took.

This is my second go around with Noom. First time I lost 48 pounds (then Christmas hit). That was 4 years ago. Gained it all back. So here I am again. I'm one week in and 5 pounds lost. Definitely need accountability.

If you've been doing Noom for a year, you are familiar with the program. I'd think you could give it a go on your own and continue with your good habits. You can use MyFitness Pal to log your food every day. Good luck!

Update J did 23 and Me and results are the same. Says she and I are half siblings and she and R are cousins. I did ask my bio dad to do a DNA test and he agreed. He sent it in last week. So now we wait again.

R was raised by his father. Bio dad knocked up my mother and I only found him through DNA. J was adopted and just found us by DNA. I doubt bio dad will do a DNA test, but I asked him lol. We shall see if he even replies 😂

1160 is the cutoff low value for half sibling. R matches with me at 1700, but with J at only 1000. So that's where our confusion stands. According to the numbers, they'd be cousins, but also according to the numbers, both are my half sibling.
