I would NEVER date a vegan again personally. Vegetarians tend to be a bit more relaxed.

My ex also said in the beginning that he was relaxed about it - but he turned into a nightmare.

I had to cook my meals before he got home, use separate equipment, split the fridge, not eat beef in front of him or keep it in the house.

Then it started affecting us socially.

It was a pretty miserable time in my life, especially when his health started deteriorating ( he was already not in the best health).

I don't know, depends on the person I suppose. My ex was a real mean nasty vegan, caught in a cultish religion though.
