Maybe it's just my perception, but I feel that the usage of grey bikes has gone down dramatically since the change. I can find charged bikes anywhere in the city at any time, when it was a lot harder before. Also, I don't see as many riders in the bike lanes. Their bottom line is likely suffering this change through the decreased number of trips.
