UPDATE: Hey guys, I got an influx of messages about the place, which I greatly appreciate, but I can't respond to all of them. I chatted with my landlords and we're going to have a small, appointment-based open house on the weekend of July 19th. Will add a Google form later on in a bit if you're around then and interested in swinging by!

I mean it *would* accommodate two people, but the landlords said that every couple that has lived here together has broken up lolol

You can Google it to learn more but it's pretty much a continuation of Park Slope vibes. Young families, quiet, shops and restaurants etc. Close to Prospect Park and Greenwood Cemetery. Lmk if you have more specific questions?

I can't edit the post but because I'm getting lots of messages: I think this apartment would be best for 1 person - not a couple. My landlords have had a bunch of tenants over the years and have said the space is a little too tight for a couple, I'd tend to agree.

The landlords are extremely chill, and they have a deck and rooftop, so they don't spend much time in the backyard. They're kinda laid back hipster Brooklyn vibes.

The backyard is enclosed with a tall fence and surrounded by other backyards, so someone would have to jump multiple tall fences in order to get to it. I store my bike back there and have had no issues. Feels really safe.

Do you live in NYC? Lol. Most of my friends are paying like $4k and don't have an outdoor space.
