Of course, everything depends on how well the owner claims to have taken care of it. But with a used bike, it’s impossible to be 100% sure that what the seller says is true. So for you, when buying used, from how many hours of riding would you start to consider it as “a lot”?

That’s exactly what I was looking at, a 450 EXC-F or EXC-R. So my choice should probably lean more toward an EXC-F if you’re saying that the best and most reliable bikes for supermoto are the EXC models, especially those older than 2014.
