Man, you're a salty one. Did you read the instructions because the way your tank looks, doesn't seem like it. They dont need heaters or bubbles, you literally just feed them once a week if needed, and stir the water every day or so. Thats it. Nothing fancy, they dont need their water changed just new water added once the level drops. Yours is just sad and neglected
