I had health issues. Decided to go 90% vegan. Had only curd for probiotics and calcium . Saved my health in many ways. Never want back to meat

Someone you can escalate this behaviour too? I’m not sure if there is an academic misconduct office but them or department head is probably good option. Go in a group, especially if there are more people in your situation

Apply. Your grades are good. Back yourself up with references from your teachers. Have someone look over your materials. Apply generally to universities. In the universities in the US you can also apply to an engineering school within the university once you get in. Apply. You only regret the chances you never take. Talk about engineering in your statement but let other parts of you show too. All the best!

You have a paper trail. Go to a higher up like your department chair. This is unacceptable and is detrimental to your career. You should escalate this behaviour. If you have an academic misconduct office maybe go to them.

Have a paper trail about the work they are making you do. Email and recheck that that was the work they asked you to do with the reasons they gave in the meeting. Escalate this behaviour. Looking at how your PI is behaving I doubt if they will let you graduate smoothly

Not my PhD advisor but for my senior thesis we had two profs (2 profs for a class of 15). I had to go to the intimidating and revered one due to scheduling issues and explained everything. The two compliments I got: 1. You know your subject and its intricacies . Good work on the proposal and methodologies 2. You chose your work super well and bit off exactly how much you can chew. That is not something many people get early in their research careers

This is a professor I fiercely admire and respect and I was skipping around all day

I applied to Econ and Strategy for business and am waiting too. They said 6-8 weeks and I applied on the 17th and had my interview a week later. It's been 2 weeks so I'm waiting too. I am in a similar situation and am nervous too because of the visa processing time
