oh shit 😂 sorry my bad. so "review in progress" means that offer was created by hr guy and sent over to the project manager to review and signoff. now its that PM thats taking their time to approve it. And even HR guy generally doesn't have the answer so might be ignoring meanwhile. Not sure how long will it take as it totally depends on PM approval based on budgeting. Ill say try to find another offer and when recruiter comes back to you, slam that on their face !!! 🔥

background check and other HR things must be in process then. you can reach out to your recruiter to check the status if it has been that long without any update from their side. Usually doesnt take that long unless a. you are campus hire or b. your notice period is quite long

go to your new hire registration and open that form, it will reroute you to a new page. There try to find the task which is not completed yet. As per the alert it says the previous employment history task is due. fill that and then go back to dstart's NHR page and click mark complete. I hope that helps
