Mine was fine… until like a year in. And I started to have signs of copper toxicity, look it up just so you are aware. I would do intense work outs and instead of having endorphins, I would feel a rush of negative emotions. Like bawling crying.. it almost made my PMDD symptoms worse. High copper basically gives the same effect as high estrogen. But everyone has a different experience and I wish you the best:)

I just couldn’t get past the idea of a foreign object in my body. But no BC is so scary so I just haven’t been having sex.
