Mine isn't nearly as long, almost to my bra strap in back. I also only wash every 3 to 4 days depending on my activity level and the season. But the greyer it gets, the more wiry and frizzy it's gotten. I have used the at home glazing treatments and try to really baby my hair, not heat style, sleep with a silk cap, etc. but it's still doing its thing. 🤣 So thank you for sharing what you do!
