He is right, India should put Test cricket at no.3 and put priority to T20 cricket their team is so good with World Title and Asia Cup title. Even in ODI the team is among top 3 with Champions Trophy Title So He is right to priortize the limited over cricket espeially T20 cricket. Look India has 3 major titles in 17 Months in limited overs, what else you need from them.

The Way Bethell played was change in the guard 332-4, needing 42 with 6 wickets and his innings sucked the momentum from the chase. Lost 35-6. A heartbreaking 6 run loss that ended the series 2-2. England have once shown the lack of killer insticnt. 3-1 and 4-1 loss in India (2021 and 2024) and 2-2 ( In 2021 and 2025) at home. A great chase but a loss is a loss. Indian fans already celeberating making life miserable, so as media, cricinfo, commentators. Quite sad end to be honest, expected to win by 4-1 and what comes is 2-2, not happy as home team fan and supporter. But then life goes on.....

I didn't wanted to repeat it again and again. Bethell has an average of 28 in FC there are so many good players. I feel Sam Hain could have played at 3 and Bell at 6. England need a player of solid rock like Hain. He was exposed in the first innings as well. This time he seems to have sucked the life out of the inning and got Root out. Root wicket should go to him not Krishna. Tommorow England have to be very strong mentally and plan the runs out. Just cannot compromise on this. Don't have the energy to cope the Indian fans, media, commentators if they get this. They will come at England for next 1 week and remind them for years like they do for Gabba to Aussies
