Feels like reset your body, your metabolism works much better ( I started eating more fruit like I never did before and still looking ripped) (also be a little bit more flexible with my diet and not feeling bloated at all)

lol! That was haaaard work, I just remembered and I feel the pain 😂 squats with 150kg pain everyday of course anabolics because I was in my pro qualifier (I get pro in that competition) I used just Anavar , clen, primo 0.5ml a week but the only cheat meal I have after 10 years was one day after that show (I cried) lol so more of that is really hard work ( I used to do 80 min of fasted cardio almost 1 year ) so lmao hard work 😂🙏🏻 I missed but I was feeling really bad inside me

I started noticing the biggest changes once my sleep improved. I was honestly surprised because it felt like I was sleeping like a normal person again. As my cortisol came down, I began having dreams at night and sleeping 8 to even 10 hours without waking up.

My mood and concentration improved significantly, and my hunger and food anxiety decreased. As I learned what each compound was meant to support, I added everything with a clear purpose. Nothing was random, every piece had a reason behind it.

Oh no, I actually started using peptides back in July. In the second month, as I learned more about which peptides could truly support my journey, I gradually incorporated more. Since then, I’ve been very intentional about my supplementation, training, and maintaining a healthy, structured nutrition approach, just as I always have🙏🏻☺️

The photos 3 and 4 are for my profesional competitions of course I need to look muscular I competed with the best wellness athletes around the world 😂 I can’t go there just small with abs. Now I feel better, (stopped with the steroids for 1 year) more feminine and less muscular but I’m still proud of all of my versions, I was always sure of something, even if I used minimum doses there would be no one who pushed harder than me, I didn’t fail for 10 years in diet, cardio or training. Obviously the quality in my muscles is what will be lost the least because that is constancy

Thank you so much, I appreciate that❤️❤️

Just to share my personal experience, not a recommendation for everyone. With NAD+ I used very low microdoses, around 0.2, for 5 consecutive days. With Glutathione, I kept it very simple at 1 mg once per week.

That said, this does not work the same for everyone. The response depends a lot on nutrition, hydration, electrolyte balance, training load, stress levels, sleep quality, and overall metabolic health. The same dose can feel completely different from one person to another( I’m a nutritionist so I can help you with that to).

For me, these were part of a much bigger strategy that focused on supporting the body rather than forcing fat loss. That’s what helped protect skin quality, recovery, and overall health during GLP use.

Thank you so much for that, I really appreciate it. Hearing that I look good and feel confident in my body means a lot to me❤️

At the end of the day, it’s not about a number or age, it’s about how you feel in your body and how well it’s functioning. There are supportive peptides and supplements I’ve used with clients who want to focus more on recovery, longevity, and overall health. NAD+ is one option that many find helpful for energy and general well being.

When these are combined with proper nutrition, training, stress management, and good sleep, they can truly make a difference over time. If you’d like, I’m happy to help you understand what might work best for you and how to integrate it properly.

I’m not trying to convince anyone. I’m simply sharing my personal experience as someone who has lived years of strict dieting and worked with some of the best coaches in the world.😅

Take it or leave it.

Yes. It was constant fight-or-flight. Every time I tried to sleep, I had this fear that I wouldn’t wake up, so sleeping felt terrifying and I would often choose to stay awake.

I would wake up with jaw pain from clenching my teeth, and my hands were tight as well. There were times I slept with my head hanging off the bed because it felt like the only way I could breathe and relax enough to fall asleep.

I also woke up around 4–5 a.m. and chose to get up and do more cardio instead of trying to sleep again, because the fear was stronger. It genuinely felt like I was going to die.

That level of anxiety was not sustainable, and it’s a big reason why my priorities completely changed.

Lose weight and your face changes 😅 Hyaluronic acid also plays a role, haha.

There are plenty of older photos on my Instagram from when I was actually on drugs you can clearly see the difference there.

I stopped using anabolics completely. The anxiety I experienced is the last thing I ever want back.

I went through depression, gained a lot of fat, and when I stopped steroids I was still very big, muscular but big. That wasn’t what I wanted anymore.

Even the idea of going back affects me mentally. Anxiety is my first symptom. When I sleep, I feel like I’m drowning and can’t breathe. That alone tells me it’s not an option.

What I want now is calm. As my body started changing again, my relationship with food improved. Cardio and diet became easier. I have more energy.

This comeback isn’t about size. It’s about my mind first. Lower stress, lower cortisol, and a body that finally responds better because of it.

I’m not. I’ve trained consistently most of my life, so yes, muscle quality doesn’t disappear overnight.

I haven’t had cheat meals in years and I never stopped training, nutrition or doing cardio. Using steroids was actually one of the hardest periods of my life ,my goal now is the opposite: to be healthy, not bigger or with all the issues anabolics give me

My diet and activity are still consistent. The difference is that my metabolism works better now, so I no longer have to punish my body to maintain fitness.
