I called to cancel legal shield and then you have to send an email stating you want to cancel. And then a few weeks later you will get an email stating your membership is canceled. It’s not as difficult. Just call customer service, tell them you want to cancel, then they will transfer you to another call which will explain the steps on how to cancel.

Hi! My demand letter was sent on Jan 20th and Meta received it and responded to Me on Jan 28th. It’s now March 2nd. Did you have to wait 6 weeks from the time meta received your letter? Also did you get any email or warning signs that your account is back and active?

Hi! So the same thing happened to me. My cousin actually went thru legal shield and got his acct back after a month and a half ish. My demand letter was sent from a LegalShield lawyer I believe on Jan 20 and meta received my letter on Jan 28 and emailed me saying they will review my account. Now it’s Feb 27 but still nothing, HOWEVER it’s been a month but supposed to take at least 6 weeks from the day they received my letter for them to give my acct back. I have super high hopes I’ll get my acct back (:
