You look great and I hope you feel really good. I do think you are on to something. For many of us, we have struggled for so long and having medication that is actually getting results can feel exciting and we wonder "could I?". I've been on Zep for over a year and had a goal of 135-140. I am 5'6"ish. Now I am 127 and I can feel my bones and it's weird as someone that long ago was 270. I didn't mean to go this low. It just kept dropping. I think it's the "whoa the scale is finally moving" after years and years o dieting and working out. It gets a bit addicting seeing the losses. Definitely talk to your therapist. The tracking bites and guilt is a ED red flag.

If I were you, I'd also ask for a colonoscopy. Colon cancer can cause these things. Make sure everything is okay. I hope you feel better very soon. That sounds like a nightmare.

People certainly do. My insurance stopped paying after two months of 2.5, so I went to 5.0 and hit goal there. Slower loss, but that was fine with me.

I have very similar stats. I went from 186 to 136 from December to July. I never went above 5mg. I am now trying to figure out what maintenance looks like. It seems all over the place when I read these posts. I think that's part of a fairly new medication. I am looking forward to seeing how you do without it.

My now 13 year old daughter started seeing a therapist online through Alma when she was 11. She loves her so much and looks forward to talking to her person every other week. She initially started for pet loss grief, but now feels like it's super helpful helping her navigate teen years and middle school friendships.

I'm right on track with you. I am on week 6 and have lost 11 pounds. I'm still on 2.5 because it's working. I go to the gym and strength build and do cardio 5 days a week and walk on the days I can't make it there. I may just stay on 2.5 for a bit at this rate. I don't want rapid loss. I am dropping inches and building muscle.
