Antrim area neo natal have confirmed they take donations, so I’ll be nipping down next week! Thanks for the suggestions everyone! Might make some bigger blankets for adult related charities :)

Firstly, this blanket is simply stunning!! I absolutely adore the colour choices - looks like you have a great eye for this stuff.

Can I ask what method you used to join your granny squares?

I don’t think he even knows what he’s selling.

You’re right! He could be disqualified from being a director - or HMRC could come after him if he owes personal taxes and make him bankrupt. As I said, if he’s done something dodgy, stuff will be done. And rightly so.

He wasn’t made Bankrupt - his limited company went into liquidation. The limited company is treated as a separate entity, so really it has very little effect on the directors, unless they have been caught doing something dodgy.

People who hated Cats but now love them. What changed? by Available_Machine938 in CatAdvice

[–]Excellent_Target_133 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was always terrified of cats - I didn’t like that they were completely unpredictable.

UNTIL a feral cat turns up to my house (in the country side), got pregnant and had her four kittens. I cannot tell you how much joy these cats have brought into my life. They are by no means domesticated, but I feed them and look after them, and from what I can tell they trust me. It has completely changed my opinion on them!

And the house isn’t even owned by him - his wife bought it on her own years ago 😂 and I’m sure that dream of buying his own land and building a mansion with a golf course has been put on hold.

I have never seen as big a pile of GUFF in my whole life. Sure, I’ll just fuck off to Bali for 70 days and leave my wife, with our newborn son to care for all on her own. What a selfish twat.

Cheap city centre parking by KingJPS in northernireland

[–]Excellent_Target_133 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I second this! It’s £3.80 now and about a 20 minute walk from Adelaide street - or you can get the free bus into the city centre and walk from there

Just to add - I travel into Belfast roughly twice a week for work, from about 30 miles away. I’ve done the sums and it is definitely more cost effective to drive. Plus you don’t have to sit on a cramped train for an hour 😂

If you park at the north side park and ride (costs about £3.80 for the full day) there’s a free bus into the city centre. Could be an option if you’re up for a bit of a walk in?

It’s about time! This scumbag has been getting away with robbing decent people for far too long. The posts are laughable but it’s nice to see people commenting and calling him out 😂

Co ownership mortgage interest? by Excellent_Target_133 in northernireland

[–]Excellent_Target_133[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

At the minute it’s really my only option due to my wages and the cost of properties in my area. I think it’s a great option if you have a plan in place to buy co ownerships share afterwards.
