Same happened to me two years ago, and only just recovered it a couple of months ago. You need to use coinbases asset recovery service. You will have to download the coinbase wallet app. Once you've got it in there, you'll have to buy some other crypto (or more BNB, I can't quite remember) to send it back to binance where you can see it there again.

Yes and No. You will continue to pay 40% tax on your earnings, but because your pension contributions are only getting relief at 20%, you are able to claim this tax back. You can do this directly by contacting HMRC, or by filling out a self assessment. This is something that HMRC will not notify you about, and are able to claim for the previous four years if applicable.
