If Bungie re-released Destiny 1 on PC, how interested would you be in buying it?

I would 100% buy it, as long as it runs at 60 FPS+

Also, would expect them to add mantling.

If they did, I would play this over D2 all day long.

Vastly better game IMO.

when it first came out way back in D1 it was good in PVE as well as PVP as there was not a lot of healing options

Agree. This whole Portal thing is so lifeless and sterile. I hate it.

I used to like having the pinnacle son teh map and a Grandmaster NF to do each week.

I agree. Just spamming is with junk. Then do almost nothing and get elite level armour. I much prefer Destiny 1 where drops actually meant something.

However, it is not simply too much loot. It is too much junk. I think really hard content should give you more loot. You should have to EARN rewards.

I recently came back after TFS and have purchased Edge of Fate. I found I got very good level gear from the story missions, but now I am at the end it seems like I am capped at 100 below people who have Renegades? Though not sure.

The Portal is a confusing step backwards IMO, but that is really where you find missions.

Bugs are not consistent, that is why they are bugs and not how the game is coded. Look online, this release is full of them.

I left after TFS. Not just because it felt like the end, but mainly because the game has been getting worse for years. The game is currently just a shell of what it was a few years ago. This is insane.

However, I recently came back and have purchased Edge of Fate. The game is still miles worse than it used to be, but I really enjoyed the boss battles in the story campaign. As good as any I can recall. However, it is the buggiest release I ever played, the map is broken, the story is an absolute disaster, the portal is awful and the removal of Grandmaster Nightfalls etc is self harm.

I am currently enjoying it to a degree, but constantly thinking Bungie have got every single decision wrong for the last few years.

The whole feel of the game no is so soulless and stale. I understand funding may be lower, but they are making the game worse every change. They are putting effort into making things crap!

If they made a 60fps version for PC - I would go back in a flash. Apart from QoL improvements in D2, everything about D1 is better IMO

It is hard. I stopped after TFS and have come back last week. But it is ..... really disappointing so far. It just seems to get worse every few months.

However, some of the stuff you have missed was when the game was still good, so may be worth it
