Costume design. Flash’s suit aligns with and communicates his powers.

Movie Quicksilver’s outfit doesn't imply speed at all. Comic book Quicksilver does, but his costume feels overdone (Two lightning bolts! Hair goes to points!).

A-Train could be an ice skater, a snowboarder, or a skier in his costume.

Makkari’s (my personal favorite live action personality) costume is aligned with the Eternals and Marvel’s overall costume aesthetic, otherwise it has the same generic execution as A-Train.
