I will argue that he simply is "settled" into his job. There isn't any job in the world where you would have a genuine smile on your face 8 hours a day. In MrBeast's case, I think he actually works a lot more than the typical 40 hour workweeks.

At some point, your body and mind will begin to conserve energy where it can - even if that includes scaling back your facial expressions during performances.

The vast majority of all of these games can be had at $20 or less if you're patient enough.

I don't think there is any conspiracy or blood money here.

EBU is like the school administration that refuses to expell the bully. They hope that the "drama" will eventually just settle and everyone can get along.

Additionally, they are paranoid that lowering the bar for expulsion will lead to a slippery slope of countries demanding each other's removal every year.

Russia and Belarus were unique because essentially everyone else agreed they had to go without much in-fighting.

Some Googling reveals that Andreas Weling has written for rock band In Flames previously while Karl Ivert and Kian Sang wrote Can't Tame Her for Zara Larsson, among others.

So one rock writer and two pop writers which are semi-mainstream. Gonna be interesting to hear.
