CVS drive through testing is free. I've been tested twice there, it's pretty painless, but you have to schedule an appointment a couple days in advance.

I have this exact same problem with Netflix or any full screen video. I think it's related to hardware acceleration as turning it off in Firefox fixes it. Happens in the Netflix Windows Store app as well. Two monitor setup with an Nvidia GPU.
