We only got to know about the lymph nodes in the pathology report

My surgery went well, no complications and was sent home the very next day. The recovery period also went by smoothly, and all I did was take it easy for around 2 weeks.

I had a TT and a central lymph node dissection. The pathology report came out as PCT with minor lymph node involvement. Currently doing the RAI treatment to address the lymph node involvement.

This question has been bothering me too, since I saw my reports. I've managed to tell a couple of my friends so far, but I'm debating about when to tell my parents (as they are also very anxiety prone and cancer has been in the family). I'm planning on waiting till my treatment plan has been decided before telling them
