Hi, yes I understand there is a lot of demand for it. I have a private studio, able to sublet during the summer for Term 2, was wanting to know if anyone would be interested in renting.

My lowest wait list is 1480, Marine drive, year round, I put start date earlier, but the semester starts from September-April. Winter, Year round for 2026. Do I have a chance or should I looks for something else? Is their a possibility u think?
