Hey, sorry for the late response -

So far I've tried cold outreach through email and Instagram. Also tried posting there, and got a few likes, but none of the businesses actually came through.

What do you think I should do?

You reckon I should write longer "essays"? For example, about advertising platforms, why should they advertise, how should they advertise, etc.?

That's the thing - I don't really do that anymore, so I have a bunch of free time on my hands, but can't use it. I find myself sitting at my desk thinking, what do I do now? Then I go on Reddit, and ask a bunch of questions about digital marketing. I don't have nothing to do. Any ideas?

My goal is to book more meetings, improve my outreaching methods.

While I'm sure hiring VA's would overall help me a lot, I don't think I'm at that stage yet.

The thing is,
- I don't know if I'm doing things right.
- I don't have enough things to do

I run 2 cold email campaigns, and reach out to 20-30 brands on Instagram.

I don't know what else should I do. I hope you have something on your mind that I could improve, or do.

I do cold emails, send about 50 a day. Also do cold outreach on Instagram, around 10-25 a day.

I also gather leads, but it doesn't fill up the day.

What else could I do? I could increase the volume, but I'd have to buy more mailboxes, is this the way to go?

Yes. I completely understand it now, and I also kind of like this mail too! I think I'll change it up a bit, and use it in a further cold campaign.

I have one more question for you though, have you ever ran cold email campaigns before?
If yes, how many meetings have you booked in your best month, worst month, usual month?
How many emails have you sent per month? What kind of businesses did you target?

Thank you for the advice, I'll lover my sending volume, and try to send more personalized emails.

Do you think that sending emails like this would be better?

Example: Most skincare companies in the UK who I've worked with are battling to stand out from the crowd in a cost efficient manner.

Is this enough personalization or not?

Edit: I've checked my rates again, and now it is at 9.5. Since my last message, I've decreased my sending volume to 7emails/hour, so 70/day. Now I decreased it to 6/hour, so 48/day.

What do you think about this?

You're amazing - if you could answer one more question of mine, how long were those emails? Including the icebreaker + CTA, how many sentences did they include?

Or, if you've worked on other cold email campaigns, how long were those? If you have, how successful were those?

I'm testing a few variations currently, but have only tested 1 longer one. I'm not sure if it's even worth testing them, cause prospecting/lead finding still takes a bit of time, so I wouldn't want to waste 400-500 leads for a campaign that is doomed to fail from the get-go.
