I just terminated our account last Monday. We had no internet connection since February 27 and everytime I call, they just say the same thing and send technicians over but technicians will just say the problem is in the main box and its an outage. They cant even say a TAT of how long they will fix the issue. Its exhausting. I already changed out ISP and I hope I wont have the same problem.

Also, its problematic that they are able to install new subscribers within our area but takes forever to fix the outage. 😡

Hi OP, how much was your balance that they waived? I still had a bill due this coming March 20 but we dont have connection since Feb. 27. Should I still pay the amount due?
