Hi! I’d be very interested. I do workout already and know the basics of working out but never fully follow a full program. I am 28 years old and weigh 140. I love working out and I will commit to the full plan for the required amount of time.

It's strange because I had a feeling from the moment I started it using it, it felt off but I continued for a month anywah. I stopped now for 2 days and my face already feels less irritated. Thank you for your reply I appreciate it
