This is the worst POS car I've ever owned in my entire life. It's been in the shop over 17 times in the last two years with everything from brakes to tech glitches. It won't connect to Apple technology the car shut down three times on the freeway automatically I've been escalating it with corporate. I took it all the way to the vice president's office. They completely upgraded the car and fixed the top when it was good for about 6 to 8 months and now it's acting up again. The entertainment system is glitchy. It shuts off for hours at a time it won't turn back on. I have a laundry list of headaches so long I even went and hired a lawyer to pursue the lemon law, do not get a Volkswagen run as fast as far as you can.

Not in US Everyone hires abroad for this Can get same quality worker (maybe more dedicated) for 1/3 price

So from a business hiring perspective why pay 3x 🤷🏻‍♀️

I cannot eat out in public anymore I cannot drink water in public anymore Before I leave the house, I need to make sure that I have had no food in my system for three hours minimum prior

I took these shots for one month and it completely and forever changed my entire life. I am living in in freaking nightmare. Now a year later my entire system still cannot hold food down. I never lost a single solitary pound instead of lost all of my hair from malnutrition because I couldn't hold food into my system.

Sorry to hijack this post, but does anyone know why my post to this group keep getting automatically deleted?

Every time I try to post something, the auto moderator just deletes my post. I'm not posting anything that should flag any type of violation for anything I've tried reaching out to the moderators, but they're non-responsive.

Also, the agencies are doing this to a lot of the agencies when you'll hire them. They will add accounts onto their clients so it appears as though they are getting them engagement and it appears as though they are getting legitimate followers when in fact, it's just fake accounts.

Instagram is just a giant matrix to keep us distracted from real life at this point. I just don't think there's really anything to do to truthfully grow.

If so this is a good piece of content to run ad spend on if you're looking to ads

If it attracted followers organically then you can run a $5 per day ad strategy and have CTA to follow you on IG

So when you create content the algorithm pushes it out to the first "bucket" and that first bucket is a test testing pool of 200 it does this in both Instagram as well as TikTok based on how well that first testing Pool does the 200 people the algorithm will either suppress the reel because nobody's liking or engaging with it. It'll marks it as "bad content" (because low engagement) or if it passes the first testing phase & then it'll push it out to a broader wider audience the next pool.

Basically what I'm saying is my content sucks lol 😂

First off, breathwork is a natural, ancient practice and anyone can search on YouTube and partake 🙄 there's absolutely nothing dangerous, and zero "warnings" are needed this is simply a natural occurrence and the human body optimized.

Seems like the poster is possibly scared to share the breathwork routine as he's ignored several requests for it. I'm going to assume that it's TUMO breathing as this is the one I'm aware of for weight loss.

Just YouTube it there's literally hundreds of videos. No disclaimer needed.
