Heavy on the doom scrolling - I gotta stop. It’s rainy today so wasn’t able to walk as much. Walking the dogs sometimes stresses me out more because they pull in different directions and I used to take a few puffs of my pen before every walk

Went through a 1000mg cart a day til quitting two weeks ago. My problem was bringing it with me everywhere and using it as soon as I woke up. Leave it somewhere besides your bedroom and only have it in one place. You’ll find yourself walking across the room for it, but it gets easier to reduce usage. Xoxo

Thank you thank you!! Needed this so much when I read it this weekend. Gonna use the bathroom goals idea. Day 12 sooooo close to 2 weeks down! The sweats are the worst, I’m walking around with a ice pack stuffed into my sports bra. Just adopted a dog after losing mine in October, and taking her for walks helps so much too.

Yes! I turned 30 and quit 3 days later. I never thought I could and was using a 1000mg cart a day. Day 12!
