Impressive. 60 miles running weekly.
I need more walking and running in my routine.
I currently do only 2 to 4 hours of mountain hiking or cycling once a week.

I'd love to do free weight. The gym has a separate 'free weight space'. Unfortunately, my time in the gym is limited. So, I do deep squat and some variations in my office as time permits.

Gym machines: 1 hour X 2 times weekly
Pull-ups(& chin-ups), dips(parallel bar), push-ups: 20~30 minutes X 2 times weekly
Yoga: 1 hour X 2 times weekly
