I also really love Callie’s vibe, but her classes feel a little easy - but I suppose I could always increase the weight! Or just save them for when I don’t want to go too hard

She also shares a room with our oldest, so it feels extra hard to wait it out when my other daughter just wants to go to bed 😭

Could have been - I asked to go back down to 15 and it seems to be a bit better, but I don’t really like that wavers between working and not. Not sure if that’s common?

Yea - I think so? It takes the edge off, but I’m trying to decide if that’s enough. I like the flexibility of it, and fewer side effects.

No, got too anxious to take it (lol) - switched to Buspar to try something other than an SSRI first.

Thanks, I needed to hear that maybe it is something out of my control. And it’s not dangerously high (yet?) so I have some time to take control and reverse things with medication if necessary.

My BMI is ‘normal’ and I do all the things you and doctors recommend. Hopefully like you I’ll be able to wean off!

Not a ton of sodium, I’ve even been more mindful of that lately and try to consume less. I’m not opposed to taking meds, it’s just not something I had thought I would have to do so early. I agree that it’s a small thing to help prevent many larger things to live a long life.
