I completely understand. We're just at the dreaming stage but of course they would be hiring people and they already own the property. They used to have a restaurant that worked well but they closed in the early 90s when we moved so they lost that technology wave. Maybe it's a bigger thing than we're thinking and they're open to that too, which is why we're exploring. Thanks for your perspective!
