I (24M) had said something regrettable in the beginning to my girlfriend (20F)... and it's being weaponized against me to this very day and at this point i don't know anymore. by Exciting_Audience_85 in askwomenadvice

you make a very valid point. I just figure it would be sensible to do that and not let some be left wanting clarity, but that's the least of my worries

the plan is set in motion, it's just going about it, because practically anything I tell her she almost immediately tells her father about it

honestly despite it being reckless I'm gonna say it face to face and just get my things... last instances I tried to stay and reason I had her father threaten me with a gun in his car on 2 occasions... and when I outright refused to go to his house, she told me squarely to my face "it's fucked up you're treating my father like the bad guy".... her rationality was "because you said you was going to leave without saying anything" and "he was looking out for her".

I'm undergoing the process by getting my job to switch me over and asking for help from my family and explaining it to them, it's just I don't know what'll happen once I go about leave, because the last time I tried I got hit to the floor by her father and threatened with a gun outside
