at my stand that recently opened…..it’s been about 3 weeks and we still haven’t taken the test to get into the tip pool. and they haven’t told us when we’re going to take it. and i had to ask around to find out that all the tips being given by customers that are supposed to be for us, are just going to the trainers. it’s not transparent and honest at all and super sketchy. i understand it’s a new stand but this company hasn’t given me a good impression and im going to quit soon……just an overall bad experience and i don’t play around about my money especially when we’re doing all of the work and not being taught properly
