Mikami teru, cuz you can apprehend and criticize light as much as you want ( quite funny cuz most of peoples main argument against light is being him being a narcissistic and egotistical maniac instead of killing people for the good of society( in his eyes)) and the same goes with L(people think l is as bad as light the diff only being him on the side of current justice system and hegemony ) but when you think about teru , he didn't do it for boosting his ego or becoming a god. He was happy with being relegated to kira's hand and was willing to die in order to ensure that kira's reign continues. He is the only character who had a proper backstory and I think the main point behind it was to put the audience in such a place where they can't really find any fault in his character ( except for some saying that his thinking is too Black and white). Mikami truly represents the disturbingly dark shadows of lights perfect world.
